On January 23rd a graduation of the 5th Cohort of the LEAD Series took place in the SBDC Auditorium of the Chicopee Complex. In attendance were Finance and Administration Senior Vice President Tim Burgess, along with Facilities Management Division Directors and Supervisors of the graduates. The LEAD series is designed to strengthen the leadership ability of the Facilities Management Division. The series covers concepts such as employee engagement, creative management solutions as well as talent management strategies. The program is taught by the FMD Senior HR Manager Reginald L. Woods and HR Coordinator, Sandy L. Peterson.
